Abide by rules, RTA urges drivers

DUBAI — The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has urged the drivers of vehicles and buses taking pilgrims and other passengers to Dubai International Airport to abide by the precautionary measures designed to curb congestion at the entrance of the airport.

The RTA directive aims at easing traffic flow to facilitate pilgrims and other passengers in reaching the Dubai International Airport, Engineer Badr Al Siri, director of the Traffic Department at Traffic and Roads Agency said.

The official added that if the passengers could report early at the airport, it would make things much better.
