A responsibility to shoulder

A MOTORIST has been reportedly implicated in a car crash in the emirate of Ajman. Both his residence visa and driving licence were expired. Likewise, his car rental turned out to be illegal. In view of this, we do call upon all bodies concerned to properly shoulder their responsibilities so that there is no room for law-breakers.
