844 traffic violations in Deira
DUBAI — Issa Aman, Deputy Director of General Department of Traffic at Dubai Police, said that they had set up traffic teams to improve safety and security of road users in Dubai.
He said that the four traffic teams fanned out into various roads and recorded 844 traffic violations in Deira from July 15 to July 30, 2006.
Traffic violations included 403 parking, 391 obstructions and 50 red-signals.
