ABU DHABI — Sponsored by General Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chief of Staff of the UAE Armed Forces, 70 officers, non-commissioned officers and privates from various Civil Defence departments in the country have performed Umrah during the last two days.
The delegation to the holy land was led by Major-General Mohammed bin Kardous Al Ameri, Director-General of Civil Defence. Maj-Gen. Ameri thanked Gen. Shaikh Mohammed for his kind sponsorship.
