316 traffic violations in Bur Dubai
DUBAI — Bur Dubai Police station has recorded 316 violations during last January. This was stated by Captain Hamad bin Diylan, Head of Traffic section at Bur Dubai Police station. He said that failing to abide by the lane rule topped the list of violations and recorded 79 of the total violations.
He said that reckless driving came in the second place with 32 tickets, 7 for jumping the red signal, failure to obey police instruction issued 6 fines, 20 for entering prohibited areas. Overtaking vehicles on road shoulder receive 16 violations, 17 tickets for expired driving license.
