The various branches of the DNRD have issued over 166,588 outpasses.

Brigadier Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri, Director, DNRD, said that over 126,000 labourers have returned to their respective home countries while the remaining workers are awaiting confirmation on their flights out of the UAE.

Al Marri called on all illegal workers who are yet to regularise their status in Dubai to come forward to legalise their stay in the country or receive help with departure procedures. The DNRD has also called on all companies and institutions to refrain from hiring non-compliant persons or else face legal prosecution.
