Dubai to host release of book on Prophet Mohammed
DUBAI -- Mashahed International Investment Group will host a glittering ceremony on 27th February under the patronage of Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and UAE Minister of Finance to release the World’s Largest Book entitled “This is Mohammad” (Peace Be Upon Him).
The book highlights the lifetime achievements of Islam’s Prophet and the everlasting great influence of Islam on the international and humanitarian scene.
A crowd of top officials, diplomats, VIPs, high-profile businessmen and investors as well as prominent scholars and researchers and media men will attend the launching ceremony at Dubai World Trade Centre..
The group, owner and publisher of the book, said the most important goal of this project is to spread awareness about Islam and Muslims, and to highlight aspects of the life of Prophet Mohammad by means of such international publications.
The 420-page book will weigh 1,500 kg and will be 5 metres in height and 4 metres in width.
Given its rich religious and cultural value, the new book is well qualified to enter the Guinness Book of Records.
