Khalifa foundation distributes food to the needy families in Palestine
RAMALLAH — The Shaikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Humanitarian Foundation distributed here on Thursday thousands of food parcels to the needy Palestinian families in 19 camps.
Eileen Qasisiya, Director of Information Office at the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) in West Bank, said the first phase of the Khalifa foundation’s Iftar project has been implemented, and other three phases will follow.
The distribution of the food parcels will continue throughout the holy month of Ramadan. — Wam
