1,600 undergo training course
DUBAI — Dubai Customs conducted 132 training and orientation programmes for staff and clients between January and September last. These included specialised training courses for employees, as well as courses targeted specifically at clients of Dubai Customs to increase their awareness about using the various services of the department. In all, more than 1,600 trainees participated.
“Dubai Customs has partnered with leading training centres and government bodies such as Dubai Police Academy, to provide high quality training to new and old employees,” said Suad Mohammed Hassan, Head of Planning and Training Programmes Section at the Customs.
