It was an amazing moment when a judge from the Providence Municipal Court in Rhode Island, US, asked a 5-year-old boy to decide the punishment for his father.
Jacob's father was charged for parking his car in a wrong spot. Having accompanied his father to the court, the judge invited the boy inside the chamber, asking him to decide the punishment for his father.
He was given three options to choose from.
"I can fine him $90. I can charge him $30. Or I can charge him with nothing. What do you think I should do?" the judge asks the boy in a video posted on Facebook.
The boy handles the case impartially and gets his father out of the situation. The video already has 8 million views. Here is the remarkable answer of the boy.

"What a wise judge for him to bring the child to the stand, because kids are luckily at that age taught right from wrong. I love how he made sure dad didn't just get away with it but knowing what the judge did for his family, that's nothing but inspiring. If anything that would change your mindset on life," commented a netizen.
