Man buys 25 identical lottery tickets, wins Dh450,000

A Virginia man bought 25 identical lottery tickets for the same draw and ended up winning a total $125,000 (Dh450,000 approx).
David Maiocco of Alexandria decided to buy 25 tickets for Virginia Lottery Pick 4 drawing on September 3 and was chose the numbers 0211 for all of the tickets. He was thrilled to discover he had won 25 $5,000 top prizes for a total of $125,000, according to reports in UPI.

This Alexandria Pick4 player was stuck on hold with a cable company when he discovered he'd won on all 25 tickets he'd played!

Revealing how he reacted to his luckiest moment, Maiocco said he was on hold waiting for a customer service representative for his TV provider when he checked the numbers online.
"When they finally came back on the phone, all I said was 'OK'," Maiocco said, adding, "I just agreed to whatever they said. I hung up the phone and went straight to the lottery office!"
