AJMAN — Media reports about an Ajman police officer making sexual overtures to two Bahraini girls, which created a stir, have been denied and termed as “baseless and fabricated” by Lt-Colonel Ali Majid Al Matroushi, Director-General of Ajman Police Department.

AJMAN — A landlord in Ajman allegedly took it upon himself to 'punish' a tenant in his building who had not paid rent for more than a year. Representatives of Al Zajil Real Estate company allegedly trespassed the privacy of a tenant’s home in Al Nuaimia area, locked up the occupants inside when the head of the family was at work, and even went to the extent of welding the door.
