Abu Dhabi developer Reportage to deliver 2,300 units across UAE

Abu Dhabi - Reportage Properties, an Abu Dhabi-based real estate development company, is developing six projects that provide more than 2,300 new housing units, including about 2,000 units in five projects in Abu Dhabi, located in Masdar City, Al Raha Beach and Al Maryah Island.
The company recently started handing over the units in "Leonardo Residence" project in Masdar City, which provides 122 studios, 48 one-bedroom apartments, 16 two-bedroom apartments, and one 3-bedroom apartment, built on an area of 4,250 square meters.
Islam Ahmed Suleiman, Chief Operating Officer, said that the company's list of projects also includes several other projects in the city of Masdar, including "Oasis Residence 1" which will add 612 apartments, "Oasis Residence 2" which provides about 304 residential units, and "The Gate" which will provide about 420 apartments.
At Al Raha Beach, the company is developing 164 units at "Al Raha Loft 1", and 110 at "Al Raha Loft 2". The company recently launched 349 villas at "Rukan Lofts" in Dubailand, in cooperation with Continental Investment.
He claimed that customers can earn an annual net return of 8 per cent, without any service or maintenance fees for a period of 3 years.
The company is organising a special sales event also on Saturday, November 23 from 2 pm to 8 pm, at the Sofitel  Hotel in Abu Dhabi.
Suleiman said that they decided to organise a special sales day that includes discounts and special offers on all its projects in Abu Dhabi and Dubai on the occasion of the 48th UAE National Day and the company's fifth anniversary.
He pointed out that sales in the company's projects reached 50 per cent.
