These are unprecedented times. It has forced people to change their lifestyles, their jobs, their homes, and all their plans. We all are being responsible and playing our part to navigate through this period. However, artistes have it as bad as anyone else, but UAE's comedians are coming out with a show which will help us laugh, in these testing times, along-with providing some much-needed entertainment for the people of Dubai.
"VIU Comedy Box Office - Bring the Funny", is a show brought to you by VIU Comedy Box Office and Tall Tales Production. The show promises to be a laugh riot with no less than four nationalities on the cast. This includes Pakistani, Indian, Sri-Lankan, and Bahraini artistes. The show will be in English and Hindi mix. The show promises to entertain audiences with relevant material on current affairs, romance, relationships, cricket, politics, shawarma, karma, Karama, and a whole lot more!
It will be headlined by Dubai's stand up comedians Salman Z. Qureshi and Rushdie Rafeek performing their fresh stand up material. It will be followed by Racy Desis (Comedy Adda fame) doing improvisational comedy in which Salman and Rushdie will be joined by Ahmed Abdulla and Alina Islam. 
"The key to lifting the local arts and comedy scene, is to have a mix of multi-cultural talent", says Asad Raza Khan (Producer/Concept Creator). Faizan (Director/Concept Creator) says, "All  the artistes bring different flavours, experiences, and dimensions to the show." Salman Qureshi (Artiste), would like the arts to re-boot again "It has been a quiet time but now it is time to make some noise! We have been stuck in-doors and all we did was eat, sleep, get fat, think about working out and write a whole lot of material!"
