Are you excited about performing in Dubai?
Dubai is one of my favourite destinations, and I visit the city often for holidays and shows. I am delighted that I am bringing Da-Bangg here as it will be a really exciting show and fabulous experience.

Since the show will be held on such a big scale, how many days/weeks of hard work goes behind it?
We have done this show in many countries, so everyone is comfortable and in sync. But every time we have to perform, we do prepare for two weeks in advance and try and add a new element in every country that we perform in.

When you travel abroad for shows like this, do you guys hang out after the show or go your own way?
Yeah, we all are friends, and when we are away from home, we are like a big family and like one does when with friends and family we do have our share of entertainment and outings. We also try and catch local attractions.

The UAE will give you an opportunity to perform in front of your South Asian fans. Do you think that art brings people from different countries closer?
I believe that art has no boundaries so I'm sure people from all over the world have enjoyed our shows till now and I'm sure Dubai will be no different.

Da-Bangg show is a successful franchise now. What's the best memory that you can recall from the tour?
It's become a hit franchise no doubt, of course, the most prominent attraction being Salman Khan; people come to see him. I have many memories with Salman on stage as well as audience interactions that have made him roll on the floor with laughter, we are hoping to repeat it in Dubai too.

Do you follow any routine before going on stage?
I am mostly spontaneous because one can't predict the audience, so I play according to what my fans and audience wants.

The da-bangg tour is value for money: Guru Randhawa

Guru Randhawa is a famous Punjabi singer from India who is known for songs like Suit Suit from Hindi Medium and Ban Ja Tu Meri Rani from Tumhari Sulu. He also performed in Dubai last year for the New Year's celebrations at Bollywood Parks and Resorts. Da-Bangg will be Guru's first show of 2019.

Are you excited about performing in Dubai?
I am very excited to perform in Dubai. I have done shows in UAE earlier, and I love the people there, and once again I am looking forward to performing in Dubai.

Since the show is being held on such a big scale, how many days/weeks of hard work goes behind it from your end?
Dabangg is a massive scale show, and we have some particular acts for this show. We perform almost every day in different city and country so now it's not very difficult. I enjoy performing on stage in front of the audience now.

When you travel abroad for shows like this, do you guys hang out after the show?
We generally meet before and after the show,  plan our acts but since we are all busy, we do our own thing. But there are times when we do hang out for a while after the concert.

Da-Bangg show is a successful franchise now. What's your best memory from the tour? Do you have any routine that you follow before going on stage?
I have enjoyed every bit of the Da- Bangg tour with Salman and everyone. We have travelled across the US, Canada and India. It is a big franchise now. I also feel there should be more of such shows so we can reach out to people in different parts of the world and entertain them. The Da-Bangg tour is value for money.
