PUERTO RICAN SINGING sensation of the 90s, Ricky Martin, performed for the 16th edition of the Emirates Airline Dubai Jazz Festival on Friday night. This was his first ever performance in Dubai. Ricky came on stage around 10.30 pm and kickstarted the most-awaited night of the three-day festival with his energetic moves and singing. He performed all of his chartbusters including Living La Vida Loca, She Bangs, Un Des Tres, Maria etc. He also sang his popular love ballad Nobody Wants To Be Lonely which he has sung with pop singer Christina Aguilera. 
Christina though not physically on the stage, sang her parts via a video which was shown on the big screen across the venue. The venue was packed with the fans of the singer. Martin even sang many of his favourite Spanish numbers. 
The best treat for the audiences was the premiere of his brand new single Fiebre, featuring Wisin and Yandel. Martin informed the audience that he was going live across the world through his social media platforms for the premiere of his new number.
Martin changed many costumes for his songs. His energy was infectious. He did not stop dancing from the time he came on the stage till the time he left. 
The 2018 edition of Dubai Jazz Festival ended on Friday night. Popular singers like Duran Duran, John Legend, and Ricky Martin were part of this year's line-up.
