The number one item on your wish list.
Jamie Dornan! But not as Christian Grey - I can't bear to watch Fifty Shades of Grey because I prefer him with a beard and his Irish accent. I like Jamie Dornan as he is in the BBC drama The Fall.but preferably without the sadistic killer instincts that his character has.

If you could move to any place in the world for free, what place would that be?
I quite fancy Richard Branson's Necker Island. It's private, beautiful and from what I've read, always full of celebrities. I like the idea of going from a quiet and luxurious sunbath one minute to partying with the likes of Kate Moss and Michelle Obama the next. It's probably a good place to pick up interesting personal training clients too!

The biggest learning point or experience in your life.
People always say: 'don't go into business with your friends or family'. Well, I've done both! And it's going pretty well. My business partner at Fit Squad DXB was my trainer and soon included my closest friend in Dubai - and we've just taken on my sister as our new corporate wellness consultant. I've learnt not to listen to other people and follow my gut instinct, and it seems to have worked out (for now!).

If you won a million bucks tomorrow, what would you do with the money?
I'd give most of it away to dog charities. Dogs need money too and they don't seem to have any! I can't bear to see any dog in pain and my Facebook feed is full of funny dog videos and clips of people making the lives of stray dogs better. I'd use the rest of the money to bribe my husband into letting us have a dog of our own!

What advice would you give your younger self if you could?
Don't leave your record collection at your mum's house when you move out - she's going to end up taking them all to the charity shop. Yes, this happened and I've recently just started collecting vinyl again from scratch (excuse the pun!).

The most interesting app you've come across?
I love holidays, taking risks and a good bargain so the app 'Hotel Tonight' is perfect for me. You can search any location, put in your dates and then sit back and wait as the hotels you've chosen start to drop in price as the date of your stay gets closer. I've lost a few rooms because they get booked, but I've also got some five star hotels at bargain prices by booking fast. It's the perfect example of a cheap thrill!

Your greatest fear.
Falling over - it's random and totally irrational but I can't bear the thought of falling on my face. It makes things like box jumps, skiing or walking too close to the edge of a mountain awkward for me, and pretty much anyone around me.

If you could trade lives with one person for an entire day, who would it be and why?
It would have to be Jay Z.so I could spend a whole day stalking Beyonce without getting arrested. Not only is Beyonce the best singer in the world, in my opinion, she's a positive role model to young women and a great advocate for equal rights.

Favourite movie character of all time - and why.
I'm not sure I have a favourite but Derek Zoolander of Zoolander and Ferris Bueller  of Ferris Bueller's Day Off are both up there. I like characters that cause mayhem, either by accident or on purpose. The same is true for the people I meet in life!

If you could have your pick of superpowers, what would you choose?
Teleportation! How has this not been invented yet?
