I am a 10-year-old girl, with previously good hair growth, but now I'm facing hair loss. My six-year-old sister has the same problem. Please suggest a remedy.

Warm one cup of coconut oil, add a tablespoon of fenugreek powder and boil till the oil becomes brown. Cool the mix, add six rosemary leaves and a tablespoon of lemon juice. Allow the mixture to set overnight. The next day, take just enough to massage your scalp (you don't have to use the entire mix). Leave it in for two hours and shampoo. Coconut oil is nourishing, fenugreek is a rich protein, rosemary activates circulation, and lemon juice clean-?ses and tones the scalp.
My nephew is just four years old, and bald patches have started appearing on his head. We've taken him to doctors and tried several home treatments, but nothing has worked. Please help us with this.

Bald patches may be hereditary or due to a fungal infection. Cleansing the scalp with apple cider vinegar is quite helpful. Take a cotton ball, dip it in vinegar and pat all over the scalp. Leave overnight. An hour before shampooing, warm one tablespoon of almond oil, add one teaspoon of castor oil to it and massage thoroughly on the scalp. You can also choose to leave it in for a few hours or a day before shampooing it off. This oil combination is very nourishing and thickens hair growth.
I am an 18-year-old girl, and I get lots of pimples on my face, often leaving red marks. Also, I suffer from blackheads and hair fall, so please suggest a remedy for these problems. It's really affecting my self-confidence.

Take one tablespoon of oats powder, a teaspoon of rice powder and half a teaspoon of baking soda. Mix well with some tamarind pulp. Apply on the skin. When dry, rinse by splashing cold water. The pimples and marks will only start to clear up after several days, so do not give up, and do it every day. Baking soda brings the pimple sebum and impurities to the skin surface, oats smoothens the skin, and rice is used to scrub and tone skin. For hair fall, a yoghurt and lemon mask cleanses the scalp and arrests hairfall.
I am a 16-year-old boy, and tend to get pimples on my face. I have tried different creams, but to no avail. Sometimes, I pop the pimples, which leaves behind scars. Is there any proven remedy to cure my acne?

Make a thick tomato and corn flour mask, apply on your face and leave on for an hour, before rinsing with cold water. Do this every day. The marks will lighten and the pimples will reduce drastically. Tomato is acidic and helps to shrink the pores, reduce oils and pimples, and lighten the scars. Corn flour is a good skin softener and good scrub.
I'm a 32-year-old man with scanty hair growth, especially on my face. Can you suggest a treatment?

Rosemary oil is an aromatic oil that is excellent for stimulating circulation and improving hair growth. Massage a few drops of rosemary oil on your beard. Leave it in overnight. This oil helps beard hair growth. For further medical help, contact your general practitioner.
