"Kuoni, one of the biggest travel companies in Europe, is our partner. They handle our escorted tours in Europe and US, which include a fixed itinerary and packages for 7 nights 8 days and more. There are also options for 9 nights 10 days as well as 12 nights 13 days and various other variations. These packages cover meals, sightseeing, hotels, flights, transfers and tours handled by experienced tour guides who are with you throughout. We have packages all across Europe right from Scandinavian countries to tourist favourites London and Paris," he says.
As part of individual holidays, Uranus Travel and Tours organises holidays for families and individuals and the packages starts from 2 nights 3 days and more. These packages are tailormade according to customers' preferences.
Another segment the company handles is the Meetings, Incentives, Conferencing, and Exhibitions (MICE). D'Souza says, "We do a lot of incentive movement for a number of companies ranging from 30 passengers to over 1,000. These incentives range from product launches, staff or dealer incentive movement, annual conferences of companies, an awards night, etc. We do the entire gamut right from air and hotel bookings, transfers, team building, conferences, gala dinners and sightseeing.

Inbound Travel

For incoming leisure travel, D'Souza says, this segment involves catering to the needs of people from all over the world who want to come to Dubai.
He says, "This is a vast market. It is divided into incentives for people from abroad who come to Dubai for conferences or to attend exhibitions or special interest groups such as student groups from universities and schools. We can carry out a generalised tour for them or if a student group wants to explore something specific relating to their course of study, we can arrange for that as well.
"In terms of incoming, we handle regular group movements from India and other parts of the world.  We also handle incoming film production crew, where we handle film premieres, shooting in certain locales, and we arrange it all for them. Couple of years back we handled the shoot of the popular Indian TV show MTV Splitsvilla in Dubai."
