Lankan Leads defeated NBHH by 13 runs in a thrilling match of the Al Ain Floodlit T20 cricket match at the Multiplex ground in Al Ain.
Lankan Leads, batting first, put on 179 runs. Dilan Anton top scored with a 32-ball knock of 42 runs which included five boundaries while N Francis contributed with 33 runs off 27 balls.
NBHH's Sonu Kaler was outstanding with his four-wicket haul for 47 runs and later scored 59 runs to almost take his team within sniffing distance of victory. Jaan Afsar also took four wickets for 25 runs to give Kaler support.
But Ajith Bandara's crucial strikes denied NBHH any hopes of win.
