Lailanie Osea and Ma Isabelle Villaran go on attacking mode.

The Lailanie Osea-Ma Isabelle Villaran pair defeated the experienced Haritha Harinarayanan and Teena Mary Cherian 21-17, 21-17 in the women's doubles, to make their way to the finals.
It was a closely fought duel with points earned the hard way by both pairs on Monday night in the Global Hawk Imaging & Diagnostics backed 39th India Club UAE Open Badminton Tournament.
Fahyani Rianto and Sajayan Balan entered the semifinals of the masters singles above 40 event defeating Abid Ali and Shanavas Mohammed 21-18, 21-10.
In the men's doubles quarterfinals, Indian Olympian Diju V. partnering India ranked Nandagopal Kidambi beat Bennet Antony Anchery and Manjush Mohan 21-18, 21-7 for a semis berth.
In the quarterfinal of the masters singles above 40, Srikant Bakshi got a walkover from Rakesh Khanna.
