Dubai - Russia, meanwhile, finished third with 10 medals in total, which included six golds, two silver and two bronze. A total of 298 competitors from across 36 countries vied for the top places.

 The UAE finished a creditable second with total haul of 37 medals including eight golds, 16 silver and 13 bronze medals in the Dubai Jiu-Jitsu Open Championships which concluded on Saturday.
Brazil took the top honours with a total of 61 medals, which included 22 golds, 20 silver and 19 bronze.
Russia, meanwhile, finished third with 10 medals in total, which included six golds, two silver and two bronze. A total of 298 competitors from across 36 countries vied for the top places.
Khalid Isa Al Midfa, Assistant Secretary General at the General Authority of Youth and Sports Welfare and Mohamad Salem Al Dhahiri, Deputy Chairman of the UAE Jiu-Jitsu Federation attended the event.
