Opener Mohammad Aqeel was off to a quick start and hit a fine half century despite a few quick wickets falling at the other end.
He and Zaman Attari (20, 30, 1x6) added 71-run for the third wicket as Ramadan Ajman looked all set to post a strong total.
But Mohammad Ummer turned the tables in Allmed's favour as he bowled an amazing spell to scalp four wickets in his tidy three overs leaking just 11 runs.
The collapse meant Ramada Ajman could manage only 132 for nine in 20 overs.
Chasing a relatively easy target, Fahad Ansari began well by hitting 21-ball 26.
Mohammad Qasim and Ayoub Inayat ensured there was no further damage done as the duo added an unbroken 66-run partnership to guide Allmed to a comfortable eight-wicket win.

Shamsher Mohammad (13, 22b, 1x4) and Datta Bondre (13, 17b, 1x4) stayed for a while as Khaleej Times could only post a paltry 78 in 15.4 overs.
