The 7,301-yard Majlis Course at the Emirates Golf Club holds some special memories for Charley Hull. It was here three years ago that the Englishwoman wrapped up the Ladies European Tour (LET) Rookie of the Year after a breakthrough debut season which saw her rack up five second place finishes on the trot as well as five top-10 finishes.
A year on, Hull translated that into an Order of Merit but there is still one box which she is yet to tick - winning the Omega Dubai Ladies Masters.
The 20-year-old from Kettering has had tied eighth place finish in 2013, a tied fifth in 2014 and tied 23rd last year and Hull is eager to make amends in her fourth appearance.
"I'm really happy coming back to Dubai," Hull, who is the Omega Brand Ambassador, told the Khaleej Times in a chat on Tuesday morning.
"The first year that I was here, I won the Rookie of the Year and the second time I was here, I won the Order of Merit. So, pretty good memories of being around here and I'm looking forward to the event, especially since Omega are my sponsors and I've got a good relationship with them. I've had a couple of top 10s here and hopefully I can go out and get a win. It would be pretty cool way to end the season on the LET Tour. I finished with a win on the LPGA Tour a couple of weeks ago so, hopefully I can do some double trouble," she added.

HULL IN A NUTSHELL

Favourite event: Ricoh Women's British Open, just because it is on home soil and it's a Major.
Favourite golf course: Either Dukes Golf Course, I love playing that at home or I love playing Woburn because I think I shot six under 66 in the British Open there after having a double bogey in the first hole and had nine birdies. So, I love that golf course.
When not playing golf: I just chill and take my dog for a walk, go for food, go to the pub with my friends
Biggest influence on your career: My dad. He has helped me ever since my younger years done everything for me on the golf side.
Favourite food: At the moment, I like egg and cheese
Favourite Actor/Actress: Brad Pitt/Margot Robbie
Favourite movie: Snatch
Favourite Book: Harry Potter
What's on your iTunes playlist: I've got quite a lot of tunes. I like House music and got a few mixes on there and I like English ground music at the moment.
Favourite holiday destination: Abetha.it's like paradise
Favourite sporting hero: Muhammad Ali
Favourite football club: Liverpool

It has been quite a journey for someone as young as Hull who also starred in the Solheim Cup, the women's equivalent of The Ryder Cup. Hull also notched her first win on the LPGA Tour by winning the CME Group Tour Championship last month after finishing tied second in the ANA Inspiration, one of the five majors.
Hull also sparkled at the Rio Olympics only to miss out on the bronze by two strokes. But she said that it was an amazing experience.
"The Olympics was amazing and I only came short of winning a medal but it is something that you can cherish for the rest of your life and to become an Olympian is pretty cool and it was just a great thing to be a part of," said Hull.
Hull was also pleased with the way women's golf has evolved with more and more girls taking to the sport.
"When I was younger, there wasn't that many girls playing at my golf course Kettering so, I just played with the lads and I loved it. And I wouldn't change it for the world. I loved being brought up with lads and stuff and I don't think it is too hard now because more girls are getting into it," she said.
