Can you tell us how you recognised the requirement of establishing Tamleek in the region? How was it initiated; detail its journey from inception.

Tamleek Real Estate Co. was established as an Investment Advisory, Consultancy and Brokerage that caters to all segments of real estate requirements of our valued clients. Our mission is to be a proactive, honest and transparent broker that caters to all who approach Tamleek Real Estate Co. for their real estate-related requirements. We believe we have achieved the aforementioned objectives as evinced by our loyal clients that seek our services for each and every specific real estate requirement.
Were you always passionate about this industry? Tell us about your background and what drew you towards real estate.
I am passionate about the UAE and Dubai that I call home now, and InshAllah will raise my family in this safe and happy environment.
I am a Licensed Attorney of Law from New York and California and have used my expertise in the legal field to lead Tamleek Real Estate Co. as its CEO. My tenure in the real estate field started few years back when I worked for a respected real estate developer as ?part of their legal team and a progression in leading the real estate sales arm of that entity was an intentional move, as I found the real estate field very interesting, and my way in contributing to the emirate of Dubai.
Tamleek Real Estate Co. was ranked the No.1 real investment advisory and brokerage company in the Arab World at the Forbes Middle East Real Estate Awards. Please comment on this accomplishment.
With the guidance and protection of the Almighty, and having a visionary and great leader and ruler as His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, Tamleek Real Estate Co. was selected as the top consultancy and brokerage entity throughout the Middle East.
The Forbes Middle East team performed a thorough audit and proper due diligence in looking at all factors that we had accomplished as a company. We were blessed to be ranked ?No.1 as an Emirati company in our field, even though we were less than a year old of operations.
Contributing factors were our sales figures, which were above any other similarly situated company, our reputation and goodwill within the market and our excellent staff.
What are the values of Tamleek? Due to various developments and growth in the region, the market has become competitive. How has Tamleek sustained their position?

Tamleek has a wide variety of luxury properties included in its portfolio. Could you mention the noteworthy properties that are in demand?
We have an abundance of fantastic luxurious properties and can cater to all real estate needs of our valued clients. Additionally, we are an exclusive brokerage for several entities and projects, including the fantastic Kempinski, fully furnished and fully serviced luxury residences located in Business Bay.
Tell us your perspective on the contemporary client. Has there been a change in the market for luxury properties?

Dubai will always attract investors and end users under the visionary leadership of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. The emirates is a safe heaven for financial investments, especially in the ?real estate sector and a safe, secure and happy place for all to reside and raise their families.
Expo 2020 is expected to attract a bevy of tourists. How will this impact the real estate industry? Has it already attracted interest?
Expo 2020 and other initiatives that Sheikh Mohammed and the Dubai Government have instituted and implemented have positively impacted all segments of the financial sector, including the real estate sector. RERA and Land Department have also instituted various initiatives that have contributed to the confidence of the prospective investor and end-user. It ensures that their investment in Dubai's real estate sector is a prudent, wise and beneficial investment as far as return on investment (ROI), security and confidence is concerned. Their respective investments in the sector will be a wise choice.
What does the future hold for Tamleek? Are they any expansion plans on the cards?
We are currently expanding globally, and will hopefully, be a symbol of pride for Dubai as an Emirati company.
