With very hot day, 90% humidity, is it better to stay indoors in UAE?

You might want to think twice before stepping out over the weekend in UAE. The humidity level will be around 90 per cent in few parts of the country.
If still heading out, don't forget to carry a bottle of water and umbrella or hat to cover up. 
The relative humidity is likely to increase during night and early morning over some coastal areas with a chance of fog formation westwards, according to The National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology (NCMS).

The temperature will hover around 50°C over the next 48 hours.
NCMS further shared a notification that the weather will be 'hot to very hot' and hazy weather in general. There is a possibility of rains are it will be partly cloudy at times and the amount of medium clouds will increase, especially over eastern and southern areas.

Sea will be slight to moderate over the Arabian Gulf and moderate over Oman sea.
