University of Bolton Academic Centre Ras Al Khaimah: Driving Student Centered Learning and Development The University of Bolton ACERAK (Academic Centre, Ras Al Khaimah) is entering its 10th year of operations in the UAE since its grand opening in 2008. The University's motto is to provide high quality education to all students whilst working in a competitive environment.
The fruition of this ideal can be seen in the quality of the graduates produced who are industry ready and are readily recruited by various industries in the UAE and in the Gulf region in general. The Centre's robust teaching & learning strategy 'Teaching Intense and Research Informed' helps students who plan to continue with the higher studies either in the Gulf or other parts of the world.

The student chapters of various professional bodies in the UK helps The University of Bolton students in the UAE to improve their employability skills and climb the career ladder. The continuous professional development through professional bodies help them to be part of:

The University of Bolton's Academic Centre provides a wide range of scholarship ranging from 25% - 75% off in the fee paid for meritorious students. 
School topper get the year 1 fees waived off as scholarship. Year toppers get scholarship of 50%.
To encourage women to take STEM studies and promote Women in Engineering, the Centre provides scholarship up to 75% each year for class toppers.
Level 3 Entry Students joining BTEC Level 3 Engineering have a strong foundation in engineering which helps them to progress to year 1 of any engineering programme. The programme is vocational based with much emphasis given to improve the basic engineering and employability skills. The programme itself helps students to pursue vocational based training or move towards academics.
