Major General Khalil Al Mansouri, Director of CID confirmed that police arrested the man who posted a video on social media showing him feed a live cat to dogs because it reportedly ate one of his chickens.

The shocking video, which appears to be shot somewhere in UAE, has seen thousands of people react in anger, with many now calling for the perpetrator to face prosecution.
After Khaleej Times posted a clip of the video online in a bid to track down the man in question - whose face cannot be seen in the shot - one Facebook user posted: "Legal action needs to be taken ASAP. He better not get away with this! I want to see him in jail."
And many were on her side.
