Newborn baby found strangled to death in garbage bin in Sharjah
Sharjah - Initial investigations show the baby was born out of an illicit relationship.
Police suspect the baby, whose body was found wrapped in clothes on Thursday, may have been born as a result of an illicit relationship, and may have been thrown into the garbage by its parents to hide the crime.
The workers immediately informed the police, and initial investigations showed that the baby, a boy, had been strangled to death.
The body was transferred to the forensic laboratory for investigation.
An investigation has been launched to locate the baby's parents.
