The Roads and Transports Authority (RTA) has invited suggestions from customers on adding two more languages to its mobile app.
Currently, the RTA Dubai app is available in Arabic and English. The authority has asked the customers to choose their language preferences so that the app would be made available in third and fourth languages.
The RTA would choose the languages as per the response received from customers in a survey. Customers can choose from Hindi, Chinese, Tagalog, Russian and Malayalam or add any other preferences they have. In a bid to enhance the customer experience, the survey also asked the customers to suggest what services they would like to add to the RTA App. The authority, in a mail sent to customers, asked them to choose which are services they use mostly and how often they use the app.
