22-year-old arrested for stunt driving in Sharjah

Sharjah - He had covered the number plate of his car to avoid being detected by the police.

A 22-year-old man was arrested for stunt driving on a road in the Central Region of Sharjah on Tuesday.
The Sharjah Police said the Gulf national who put his as well as others' lives in danger had covered the number plate of his car to avoid being detected by the police.
The police immediately dispatched the nearest traffic patrol and arrested the driver. Following his confession to the offence, the motorist was referred to the public prosecution.
Col Bin Darwish urged motorists, especially the youth to follow the traffic rules to make the roads safer.
