His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, and Sheikh Mohammed bin Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Crown Prince of Ras Al Khaimah, on Friday offered funeral prayers for Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalid bin Humaid Al Qasimi, who passed away in the wee hours of Friday.
The funeral prayers were held at RAK's Sheikh Zayed mosque after Friday prayers.
Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Sheikh Abdul Malek bin Kayd Al Qasimi, personal advisor to Ras Al Khaimah ruler, sons of the deceased and a number of Qasimi clan members were present at the prayers.
A number of Sheikhs, tribal noblemen, dignitaries, VIPs, officials and citizens also attended the funeral prayers.
The body of the deceased was laid to rest in Al Qawasim graveyard in RAK's Al Aribi area.
