The Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD) has opened a legal help office on the premises of the Al Ain courts affiliated to the ADJD.
This branch is the second such office opened by the department after opening the first legal help office early last year at the headquarters of Abu Dhabi courts in the Capital.
The legal help section is designed to provide legal consultations free of charge to people who cannot afford to pay.
The office also offers legal advices and guidance to applicants who have cases filed with the ADJD in order to support them easily reach justice whether before or during filing a lawsuit whatever their legal position in a court case is.
“Opening of the office is a stride towards embodiment of the efforts aimed at fulfilling a fair judiciary and to provide legal services that acquire the trust of the society,” the ADJD said in a statement released on Tuesday.
Al Ain branch’s legal help office will render legal advice and guidance to all applicants who approach the office in person or through phone, fax or emails.
