Shaikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of Dubai Executive Council visited today headquarter of Dubai's Land Department. Minister of Cabinet Affairs and the Future Mohammad bin Abdullah Al Gergawi, accompanied Shaikh Hamdan during the visit.
Sultan Butti Bin Mejren, Director General of Dubai Land Department, briefed Shaikh Hamdan on the department's services that are offered through its twenty-five centres. Bin Mejren said that the centres work twelve hours daily to assure quality and fast services. Director General of Dubai Land Department also briefed Shaikh Hamdan on the old property records and the Registration Trustees  System, a new service that authorizes specialized and certified third-party offices to register the key real estate procedures in sites spread all over Dubai and operate outside of regular working hours of Dubai Land Department.

Shaikh Hamdan also visited the Rental Dispute Center. The Center's Chairman Judge Abdulqader Mousa Mohammed briefed Shaikh Hamdan on the policies and procedures governing the centre and the Smart Judge app that provides insight and detailed information on the case for both parties before proceeding to the different levels of litigation.
Shaikh Hamdan expressed his happiness for the development in the performance of the Land Department and the implementation of modern technologies in all its work. Shaikh Hamdan also highlighted the important role of the Department in supporting and motivating property investments in Dubai.
Concluding the visit, he called the Department's leadership and employees to continue their efforts in developing the services and bringing happiness to people.
