Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, will soon be home to a new early learning education facility, with Kids First Group announcing a July 2016 opening for its Redwood Montessori Nursery. Located on the Golden Mile 2, the nursery is the first Montessori facility in Dubai and fourth to open in the UAE, with Kids First Group operating three centres in Abu Dhabi.
Redwood Montessori Nursery Palm Jumeirah is open to children aged from four months to four years and offers nine exclusive class groups plus a creche. The educational model follows a trilingual curriculum - English, Arabic and French - and is overseen by qualified practitioners with a guaranteed hands-on adult to child internationally recognised ratios.
"With our trilingual curriculum we are able to accommodate the incredibly high expectations of both local residents and international expatriates for whom educational excellence from early childhood is an absolute prerequisite," said Kamil Najjar, Co-Founder and CEO, Kids First Group.
All nine classrooms at the nursery have access to varied afternoon enrichment programme and Feng Shui-designed classrooms staffed by trained Montessori practitioners.
Children will have access to a purpose-built outdoor play space, designed by Timotay Playscapes. This unique play area includes a variety of large climbing options, sand and water play areas, combined with open areas that encourage kids to run around or use their bikes.
