Video: Sheikh Mohammed visits Dubai airport, surprises passengers

In the past, Sheikh Mohammed has paid surprise visits to Government offices and restaurants

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, along with his son, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Crown Prince of Dubai, are known for their surprise visits around Dubai.
Today, the royal family was seen at the Terminal 3 of Dubai International Airport, much to the surprise of everybody present.
Dubai Media Office tweeted a picture of their visit, while a video was shared on Instagram by Arabic media outlets.

Another video showed Sheikh Mohammed and Sheikh Hamdan travelling in the well-connected Dubai Metro, likely on their way to the airport.

The residents and tourists around surely looked astonished to have spotted the royal family as it is not every day that you get to see the Dubai ruler.
Not long ago, we had reported about him surprising diners at a Dubai restaurant in Madinat Jumeirah.
More than 24 million passengers had passed through Dubai airports between January 1 and June 31 this year.
