Donatella Versace is coming to Dubai!

The Italian designer will be at the grand opening of the Palazzo Versace in Dubai Cultural Village

Versace will celebrate its newest Palazzo Versace Hotel & Resort in Dubai, with the grand opening event on November 15^th. The party will be attended by Donatella Versace, Versace CEO Jonathan Akeroyd and a number of international supermodels.
The new Palazzo Versace sits in the heart of the Dubai Cultural Village, and its architecture is reminiscent of a 16^th century Italian palace with subtle traces of Arabian influence. Versace Artistic Director, Donatella Versace, has exclusively designed the interiors and furniture for each of the 215 rooms, creating a lifestyle experience that is the ultimate in Italian luxury. The five-star property features a world-class spa, an array of fine dining options, magnificent suites, spectacular pools and a kids club.
The Palazzo Versace Dubai is the second Versace resort property in the world; the first opened in 2000, and is located on the Gold Coast, Australia.
On the occasion of the grand opening event, for the first time ever, Versace will be bringing its couture collection to Dubai, straight from the runway in Paris. Versace will be taking private appointments through the week, so that the Emirates clientele may meet with the Versace Atelier team in person and review the collection. The esteemed couturiers from Milan will be on premise at Palazzo Versace for this exclusive occasion. Versace will donate a portion of the couture sales from this week to Dubai Cares, a philanthropic organisation created by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, working to improve children's access to quality primary education in developing countries.
