Huawei collaborates with hijabi photographer in new campaign

The Jordanian Creative Director and Photographer swapped in her SLR camera for the Huawei P9 and P9 plus to take photography and videography to new heights.

When Huawei set out to bring the P9's stellar dual-lens technology to life across the Middle East, only one name came to mind - Banan Alawneh.  The Jordanian Creative Director and Photographer swapped in her SLR camera for the Huawei P9 and P9 plus to take photography and videography to new heights.
True to her unique, visual style Banan instantly grasped the art of collaboration and immersed herself in Huawei's brand identity with a focus on the flagship P-series. As part of her #MyP9Diaries campaign, Banan created vibrant and engaging content using the device's advanced photography settings and effects.
As a brand guardian and design guru, Banan's thorough technological understanding enabled her to easily operate the P9 and P9 plus dual-lens cameras co-engineered with Leica Camera AG. Her creative aptitude and experience with lifestyle brands led to the quirky stop-motion videos and shoe selfies that capture her remarkable experiences with Huawei traveling from New York to Venice to Paris, Milan and Dubai. 
Commenting on the partnership, Bana said: "I was instantly drawn to the P9 and its impressive photography features when I was introduced to the device last year. The various settings and ease of use allowed me to experiment with new styles and simultaneously inject my personal flair. I saw the world through the dual-lens cameras of the P9 and it has truly been a memorable experience. I look forward to future endeavors with Huawei."
