S.P. Jain among top schools in Forbes rankings

S.P. Jain School of Global Management’s Global MBA programme has been ranked among the top 20 MBA programmes in the Forbes Best Business Schools (International) Rankings 2013.

S.P. Jain is the only school on the Forbes ranking to offer a full-time MBA programme in the UAE This inclusion in the coveted ranking also makes S.P. Jain one of the highest-ranked business school in Australia.

Among international business schools, S.P. Jain was ranked 11th in the world in the Best International one-year MBA programmes category and 19th in the world in the Best International MBA programs category that ranks both one- and two-year MBA programmes. S.P. Jain is also the youngest school to be included in the rankings.

The rankings this year compared the earnings of the class of 2008 in their first five years out of the business school. S.P. Jain’s class of 2008 saw a five-year salary gain of $63,900,  from a pre-MBA salary of $9,000 to $47,000 in 2012. In addition to this, S.P. Jain’s MBA class of April 2013 saw a three-fold increase in salaries from $9,650 (pre-MBA) to $30,500, on completion of the MBA programme.

This year, S.P. Jain joins the likes of IMD, Insead, London Business School and Said Business School (Oxford University) in the Forbes Best Business School (International) Rankings. Similar indicators of academic and quality standing reinforce S.P. Jain’s rapid rise as one of the world’s top business schools. For two consecutive years in 2011 and 2012, S.P. Jain held a coveted spot in the Financial Times Top 100 Global MBA Rankings. Furthermore, accreditations by Amba, UK, and Abest21, Japan, also speak highly of S.P. Jain’s world-class academic and learning standards.
