Many legendary players have already declared that Virat Kohli has what it takes to break Sachin Tendulkar's ODI batting records for most runs and most centuries.
Sunil Gavaskar is one of the many former players who believe Kohli is capable of breaking all batting records in ODI cricket.

Well, Kohli is only 27 and for someone who is such a fitness freak, it will not be a surprise if he actually goes on to do the unthinkable.
Sunday's 154 not out against New Zealand that gave India a seven-wicket win was Kohli's 26th hundred. Sachin had hit 49 centuries in his career.
If he keeps going at this rate, Kohli might break that record in the next four-five years, especially when you consider the number of one-day matches India play.
But during India's win over New Zealand Kohli broke two records of the little master.
Kohli's 154 not out was his 14th hundred in successful chases. He achieved that in his 59th innings.
On the other hand, Sachin had also scored 14 match-winning hundreds while batting second. But the Mumbai maestro took 124 innings to hit those 14 centuries.
Also, Kohli's 26th century came in 166 innings, while Tendulkar got to his own 26th ton in 247 innings.
Kohli's amazing ability to score hundreds and win matches has left many pundits mesmerised.
"I have just lost all adjectives for Kohli," Sourav Ganguly told an Indian news channel after India's win that gave them a 2-1 lead over New Zealand in the five-match series.
