Video: Man cooks egg on road amid intense heat

Odisha - A perfect example to demonstrate the heat wave across India.

As Indian states reel under an intense heat wave, a man from Titlagarh district in Odisha chose to demonstrate the intensity of the heat by frying an egg on the road.
In Odisha, the temperatures have been hovering around the 45 degree Celsius mark for a few days. In a video shared by the ANI news agency, a man is seen sitting with a frying pan on the road.
He breaks the egg into the pan and after few minutes in the sun, the egg can be seen bubbling to get ready.
Within no time a plain fried egg is ready to eat.
According to the Indian Express, at least six people have died due to sunstroke in the state this summer.
