If you've been following the Republican front runner Donald Trump's Presidential campaign then you would have noticed by now that he assigns nicknames to his opponents. Classic Donald, am I right?
So in Trump terms Hillary Clinton is, "Crooked Hillary", Marco Rubio "Little Marco" and Ted Cruz has been "Lyin' Ted." Here the list of names and their origins.

'Crazy Bernie'
Trump started using the adjective crazy for Bernie Sanders at a campaign rally in Pensacola, Florida, on January 13, 2016.
"What do you do? Concede the election to Hillary Clinton or to Crazy Bernie? Right? I mean Bernie. I don't know who I want to run against more, I don't know," Trump said back then.
Trump has now made it a habit to refer to the Democrat as "crazy Bernie" on Twitter and in his speeches during political rallies.
'Crooked Hillary'
It's surprising that Donald Trump is now not a fan of Hillary Clinton at all considering that both her and husband Bill attended his wedding to his third wife Melania in 2005.
"Crooked Hillary" originated at Trump's campaign rally in Watertown, New York, on April 16, 2016.
"So, I'm self-funding. All of this is mine. When I fly in, it's on my dime, right, it's on mine. And what does that mean? That means I'm not controlled by the special interests, by the lobbyists. They control crooked Hillary and they control lyin' Ted Cruz, right?" Trump said in New York in April.
Trump's use of the word "crooked" for Clinton has been a huge hit with his voter base and now uses it every time he mentions the Democrat front runner.
'Little Marco'
Not even his own Republican party members were spared. Donald Trump called Marco Rubio "Liddle Marco" at his campaign rally in Columbus, Ohio, on March 1, 2016.
Trump has also been calling Florida Senator Marco Rubio what sounded like "Little Marco."
But Trump explained Sunday the correct spelling for the insult is "L-I-D-D-L-E," with the double-Ds apparently adding more derision.
"I call him little Marco. Little Marco. Hello, Marco," Trump said in response to the Florida senator's joke about Trump's "small hands." Rubio hit Trump back, calling him "Big Donald."
'Low Energy Jeb'
"Hello, I'm Jeb," Trump said imitating Bush in August 2015.
"He's afraid to use his last name. Can you believe it? I'm Jeb with an exclamation point. I said to him, 'Use your last name. I think you'll do better.'
"You know, you have to brand people a certain way when they're your opponents," Trump said, before relishing in perhaps his most devastating description of this election cycle - calling Jeb Bush, the former governor of Florida, "low energy."
'Lyin' Ted Cruz'
He debuted the names for both Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz during his campaign rally in Columbus, Ohio, on March 1, 2016.
"Lyin' Ted," he said, before spelling it out, letter by letter, for the crowd: "L-Y-I-N-apostrophe."
"We can't say it the right way," he explained. "We've got to go - Lyin'! Lyin' Ted!"
'Goofy Elizabeth Warren'
Just this week Trump debuted a new name. Senator Elizabeth Warren is now "Goofy," Trump wrote on Twitter.

Warren however was not one to be intimidated by "The Donald" and shot back with one of her own attacks.
