India's captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni won the toss and chose to bowl in the third one-day international against New Zealand in Mohali on Sunday.
The hosts remain unchanged from their loss in New Delhi on Thursday that levelled the five-match series at 1-1.
"Looks like a good team. When you look at the team, it looks complete," said Dhoni.
New Zealand have made just one change to their starting lineup, with batsman Anton Devcich making way for all-rounder James Neesham.
Kane Williamson's side pulled off a thrilling six-run win over India at Delhi's Feroz Shah Kotla stadium, giving the visitors some confidence after they suffered a whitewash in the Test series.
