DUBAI — Excitement is running high among hotels in Dubai, as they gear up for the 17th edition of the Dubai Shopping Festival, or DSF, offering their best deals to-date in a bid to woo the thousands of visitors, who will be flocking to the emirate for a 32-day period commencing on January 5.
