90s legends at Pinoy Tunog Kalye

Legendary Pinoy rock bands of the 90s are taking center stage at the Pinoy Tunog Kalye concert to be held tomorrow at Al Nasr Leisureland in Oud Metha.
Wolfgang, The Dawn, Siakol, The Youth, Grin Department and Yano bring the famous 'Tunog Kalye' (street sounds) to Dubai, each band set to to perform their string rock-fuelled hits that most kabayans have grown to love.
Dubai-based alternative rock band Umaioska shares the excitement, the concert being their first major gig in the UAE. "Tunog Kalye is our music, it's the sound of home, being kids who grew up in the 90s in the Philippines. We are blessed to open for this major tour of our top rock bands, along with other great acts based in Dubai."
Wolfgang's enigmatic frontman Basti Artadi, whose band has played countless times in the UAE says he's looking forward to being back in Dubai.
"We've been here several times already and we've always had a great time," says Basti."
Wolfgang drummer Francis Aquino hints at a new heavy sound that is characteristic of the band, saying, "The 'heavy' sound is definitely still there but its a different kind of 'heavy' now. Something that I can't explain. You just have to hear it."
Jett Pangan, iconic vocalist of the Dawn, reminisces on their previous gigs in UAE and how warmly they were received by the Filipino community. "Every UAE gig of the Dawn was awesome. We could feel the love from our fellow Filipinos."
"We want to bring a piece of home to the hard-working Pinoys there in the UAE," adds The Dawn guitarist Rommel Sanchez.
