WHICH CRAFT?

Indian restaurant Masala Craft is offering a summer packed with surprises, offers and festivities that celebrate the true spirit and diversity of India. Here are a few to whet your appetite.

Ramadan Kareem –Celebrating the Holy month of Ramadan with family and friends; Masala Craft offers a 50 per cent on food and beverages when the bill is paid before 9pm. (Promotion valid until end of Ramadan).

Summer Sips: Take that long sip on one of Masala Craft’s summer quenchers such as the Pineapple Fizz, Apricot and Almond Delight or Melon Masala amongst others. Guests can share a summer drink recipe and get 50 per cent off on a mocktail of their choice.

Raksha Bandhan: Commemorating the special relation between brothers and sisters, set meal dinners will be served on August 2 for Dhs75.

Tri-Colour Treat – For Indians and Indians at heart, the restaurant will celebrate Independence Day with sensational offers, prizes and a set menu on Wednesday, August 15.

STRAWBERRIES AND CREAM OF THE CROP

Just in time for summer and Wimbledon, Starbucks is bringing back its celebrated Strawberries and Cream Frappuccino.

Starbucks sources fresh and locally produced strawberries to create the syrup for this Frappuccino blend, which is inspired by the much loved country style treat of strawberries and cream.

Coffee lovers can also enjoy something new this summer with the return of Starbucks Tribute Blend, which combines four of Starbucks’ popular coffees: Ethiopian sun-dried beans with an exotic flourish of dark cherry; aged Sumatra; juicy herbal and complex coffees from Papua New Guinea; and Colombia coffee that is bright, balanced and nutty.

HUDDLE IN

The Huddle Sports Bar & Grill, Citymax Hotel, Bur Dubai

The Huddle invites you to feast to your heart’s content, every Friday, on a delectable spread of international cuisine. With packages priced from Dhs59 to Dhs159, the menu, which is changed every week, includes soups, dishes such as chicken tikka masala, Durban curry, and Boerewors with Pap (South African sausages with porridge made from corn), as well as desserts including crème caramel and chocolate mousse duet.
