Apparently, actor Matthew Perry "will not" be attending the Friends 'reunion', due to a professional commitment in London, BBC.com reported.

According to his spokeswoman, "Matthew may tape something" for the tribute to the show's creator James Burrows.
The actor is reported to be busy with rehearsals for his West End play, 'The End of Longing...', which he has written as well. The play is set to run from February 2 until May 14.
In other words, this is not the reunion people have been hoping for," his spokeswoman Lisa Kasteler told Us Weekly.

His former co-stars, Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, David Schwimmer and Matt LeBlanc are all expected to take part in a special to honour director James Burrows , which is set to be aired on NBC on February 21.
Friends, which ended in 2004 after 10 seasons, is considered to be one of the most popular shows in television history, with a cult-like following all over the world.
NBC, Entertainment chairman Robert Greenblatt, in making the announcement, said: "We'd like to get all six of them in room at the same time, but I'm not sure we can logistically pull it off."
