Sobha Group has released new freehold apartments at Sobha Hartland Greens, eight-storey buildings located on the Dubai Water Canal. It is part of an 8 million square feet luxury housing project with 30 per cent green space in Mohammed bin Rashid (MBR) Al Maktoum City.
These new apartments are attractively priced with flexible payment plans for both end-users and investors. Completion of the first two apartment buildings is expected by December 2017. Sobha Hartland Greens comprises studios, duplexes, one, two and three bedroom apartments.
The developer is primary targeting Indian, Pakistani and GCC real estate buyers. They accounted for Dh57 billion of all real estate sales in Dubai in the first half of 2016, according to the Dubai Land Department.
PNC Menon, founder and chairman, Sobha Group, said: "We have sold most of our inventory of apartments that we launched earlier. Though the market has been slow given the summer months, we have been selling consistently. We can already see ripples of a healthier market. September-December should be an interesting phase for real estate here. Dubai has climbed to being Number 2 among the world's cities with 'most-improved liveability'.
"We have designed these new apartments keeping in mind each type of lifestyle, investment, preference and purpose as there are multiple options of layouts and sizes. We are ranked the No 1 Brand in India [source: Track2Realty Brand X Report 2015-2016]. That's because we do everything from start to finish ourselves. I'm not sure any other developer does this in the world."
At Sobha Hartland, residents will have access to amenities such as two international schools (Hartland International School is already operational), nurseries, malls, cafes, tennis courts, yoga centre, swimming pool, clubhouses and spas, mosques and healthcare facilities.
