VIPUL Ltd, a leading real estate developer, recently announced the launch of a new project, Aarohan, in Delhi NCR.
Uniquely conceptualised and strategically located on the Golf Course road, Gurgaon, Aarohan is spread across 19.2 acres of land. The new project will showcase three iconic towers with four apartments on each floor along with five lifts in each tower in phase I.
These 34 and 36-storey towers will feature a social hub, called Sky Hub, set atop the towers, Aarohan Retreat on the ground level, and a central arena at the nucleus.
Aarohan is being built with an investment of Rs15 billion and the company expects a realisation value of Rs30 billion. The starting ticket price of these apartments is Rs30 million-plus.

Aarohan will be connected with other key destinations of Gurgaon via road networks and the soon-to-be-launched Rapid metro.

The project features a sky deck, landscaped intermediated terraces, central arena, swimming pool, jacuzzi, amphitheatre and celebrations courts. It will also be equipped with modern security solutions including synchronised firefighting systems, CCTV surveillance in the entire complex and smoke and heat detectors.
Vipul has already delivered about 10 million square feet of developed space. It has been operating for more than 14 years in residential and commercial real estate development. It has delivered projects including Tatvam Villas, Vipul Belmonte and Vipul Greens.
With aggressive plans to expand across national boundaries, Vipul is presently working on an area of about 10 million square feet through integrated townships, high-end luxury apartments, independent floors, villas, retail and commercial towers.
Two major integrated township projects of the company include Vipul World, Gurgaon, and Vipul World, Ludhiana. The Gurgaon project is spread over an area of 150 acres on Sohna Road, Gurgaon and offers an impressive medley of residential floors, offices, villas and plots.
Development work is also underway giving shape to Vipul Business Park, a state-of-the-art commercial complex. Tatvam Villas complements Vipul World and possessions of luxury villas have already started. Vipul World also features residential plots and sites for nursery and primary schools.
Vipul World, Ludhiana is spread over an area of 109 acres; the integrated township is located on the Ludhiana-Ferozpur road. Besides a wide choice of plots and high rise apartments, Vipul World will also feature residential villas, office buildings, shopping complexes, playgrounds, a hospital and club.
The company's ongoing apartment projects include Lavanya Apartments in Gurgaon, Vipul Gardens in Dharuhera, Vipul Greens and Vipul Gardens in Bhubaneshwar and Pratham Apartments in Bawal.
Lavanya Apartments, Gurgaon, is spread across over 10 acres in sector 81. Vipul Gardens, Dharuhera is spread across 13.4 acres and the total built-up area is about 1.1 million square feet.
Vipul Greens, Bhubaneshwar is a meticulously planned integrated complex spread across approx. 4.65 acres. The premium residential complex is strategically located off National Highway 5 at Ranasinghpur and has the provision of office and retail spaces.
Vipul Greens is a public private partnership project with the Orissa State Housing Board and has the State Police Academy and the proposed AIIMS medical campus as its neighbours. Vipul Gardens, also in the Orissa capital, is a luxury group housing project.
Pratham Apartments is the first residential gated community in Bawal, Haryana. The company's ongoing commercial projects include Vipul Business Park, Gurgaon; Vipul Plaza, Faridabad; and Vipul Plaza, Bhubaneshwar.
