Units are now on sale at DP's sales centre in Ras Al Khor.
The premium three, four, five and five-plus-bedroom independent La Quinta villas at Villanova range in size from 2,204 sqft to 3,863 sqft, offering families in Dubai the choice of larger villas. Villanova includes cluster homes and standalone villas.
Inspired by Mediterranean and Portuguese architecture, the villas are set amid gardens with walking and biking trails, parks and fountains.
